Why I chose Biogen as my employer? Biogen gave me the opportunity to develop as a People Manager. Even though I had no management experience before. Biogen is open to give people like me a chance, including career changers. I think it’s great how all employees are actively developed. Great value is placed on coaching and personal development. The best thing is to see the resulting successes. In my team, I have already “lost” three of my employees to other departments. I trained and coached them so that they were able to accept an engineering position. This fills me with pride.

I also appreciate the pioneering spirit at Biogen. According to the motto “ask for forgiveness, not for permission” everything can be addressed openly, and ideas can be brought in. Due to the many different professional and cultural backgrounds of our employees, we have a large knowledge pool. In our integrated teams, everyone benefits from this in the current project and commissioning phase.
