For me it is important to work in an environment where you can express your opinion and share it openly. All colleagues are open-minded, and you can have good discussions with each other. That’s what Biogen stands for. Everyone can contribute with their ideas and opinions. This opens an unbelievable number of opportunities, but at the same time it’s also challenging. Particularly in an environment as diverse as the one we have here, it is important to listen carefully and respond to the inputs. People do not always have the same opinions, but that is part of the discussion and takes us further. Sometimes you also must get out of your comfort zone. That is exciting and I have grown personally from it. Every day I come to work with a smile on my face. I enjoy working with people from so many different backgrounds and nationalities, who have such varied work experience and knowledge.

What do I appreciate most? That you can experience working in other areas. So, you do not sit in the same position forever. There is an incredible number of opportunities so that you can constantly develop yourself.
