The next step into the future happens here.

The next-generation manufacturing facility for biopharmaceutics is currently being developed in Luterbach. As the Head of Maintenance, I am helping to set up this future-oriented facility. This is a challenging task, requiring the maximum effort every day and also demanding a great deal from my international team. We exchange information and ideas on a regular basis, remain curious at all times, are proactive and work in a manner that is not focussed solely on profits. This is only possible thanks to the mutual trust enjoyed at every level. “Working Fearlessly” means taking a brave approach to creating something new and using this mindset to further the company, the employees and society as a whole. As Biogen places great value on its employees having a harmonious work-life balance, I have the option of flexible working, e.g. working from home one day per week. As a result, I have enough time to be with my family and to play sport.
